2013贺岁片之百星酒店。Hotel Deluxe (CNY Movie 2013)

《百星酒店(Hotel Deluxe)》非小流氓杯中茶是意料中事。

喜欢吴君如，毛舜筠，郑中基，杜汶泽，葛民辉的携手演出。不喜欢戏里“非喜剧”和不认识的演员的演出，因分薄了戏份而大大减弱了电影的爆笑度。

看了该部电影后，让人更怀念以前的港产贺岁片。对于2013贺岁片，小流氓不敢碰“已经看了两年的『我爱香港』系列”；周星驰『西游』可以考虑；『皇宫灿烂』一开始就不在考虑范围之内；还有『结婚那件事之后』的网评不错可以考虑。

P / S：电影里出现一句批为玩味的粤语字词--“栗姜”，什么是“栗姜”。
导演谷德昭：“粤语中“没姜”叫做“慄薑”。就是怕，不夠胆子。香港俗語，慄是惊（怕）的意思，薑是胆。追女仔你够唔够薑啊？

那天，小流氓上网寻找有关“A Huat 白咖啡”。谷歌搜寻结果显示，有关该产品的资料来源主要来自：A Huat 白咖啡的官方网站（既是Powerroot），论坛和部落格。游览一篇过后，小流氓发现一个现象：网友在论坛和部落格对于同一样产品的评价两面倒。

论坛对于产品的评价较为“直接”，其中有直接且偏激的言论。然而，排除这些直接且偏激的言论，论坛不乏中肯的留言。论坛的结论是：没有正面的评价。

部落格留言对于产品的评价则是相反，其中更有和作者看法相符的留言。其大多数更显示对该产品有兴趣以及愿意尝试。部落格的结论是：没有负面的评价。

至于读者应该选者哪一个成为可信的资源，就留给读者自己决定了。

I tried to search for more about "A Huat White Coffee" that day. As per Google top-est search result, there are three main sources of it, which is official website of the product, forum and blogs. After a few viewing of the resources, I observed a negative relationship between comments about the same product on forum and blog.

As you can see, Forum users tend to comment in a "direct" way. It's including some extremism comments. Nevertheless, Forum comments is pertinent by excluding those go to extreme. But it's ending with no positive comment.

Blog comments go to opposite. Some showing the same opinions as writer, most were showing their interest in the product and willing to give it a try. The conclusion is there is no negative comments about the product.

As for which to be trustworthy resource as an internet user? It's your decision.

一分耕耘，一分收获。As You Sow, So Shall You Reap

那天小流氓花了12小时完成了以下画作，显然还有很大的进步空间，但至少算是“完成品”。好久好久小流氓没有动笔作画了，姑且没有进步，难怪人家说‘把时间花在哪里成就就在哪里，英文最贴切的注解应该是‘ As you sow, so shall you reap（一分耕耘，一分收获）’。

I spent 12 hours to complete 2 pieces of drawings that day, found that it still have a big room to improve, but at least it's a "completed" one. I have stopped drawing for times, hence there is no improvement, there is a saying "As you sow, so shall you reap".

那天晚上只睡了三个小时，算是一项难得的记录。原来可以这么热血，对于自己热爱的事。 

I hardly believe that I only slept for 3 hours that night, found that I'm still enthusiastic on my passion, things I love to do, it's a remarkable experience. 

小流氓很喜欢部落格里的“画画”系列，因为画画和欣赏别人的画画是一件很赏心悦目的事。

丹绒士拔一日游（二）之裕发咖啡。Tanjung Sepat One Day Trip 2 @ Selangor

民以食为天，续 Tanjung Sepat 海友兴海南包和莎梨果汁，接下来还是与口腹有关。

第二站：裕发传统咖啡粉厂 (海南咖啡) . Jo Fa Coffee

裕发传统咖啡粉厂是一间家庭式的咖啡厂。

其实，裕发所谓的“厂”，就是在菜园屋旁的空地上，以木板和锌片宽建出一个空间，有足够的空间置放原料，机械以及能够遮风挡雨，便可自成一家厂了。类似的建搭在华人新村尤其常见，有的村民会把其位充当停车位，收纳杂物等等用途，如果在沙登新村（Seri Kembangan），最出名莫过于是用于“茶餐室”了。

裕发厂的建设看逝简单，其乃麻雀虽小，五脏俱全。其实也没有什么特别的装置，最主要的乃是烤，炒，磨咖啡的机械。厂内还有一台相信已经无用叹供观赏老旧的传统炒咖啡豆机，不要小看，那是裕发 50 年历史的痕迹。

裕发老板（林成品师傅）对咖啡充满热爱并坚持用最传统的方法制作咖啡粉。选果，炒咖啡豆等等过程也是自家包办，可说每一口喝下裕发出产的咖啡都是血汗之作。老板更是个热情的人，在我们参观时不经意滔滔不绝说起他的咖啡经，还给我们品尝他泡的咖啡呢。

老板背后的女人，老板娘也说要带我们去看他们家的“咖啡树”，小流氓“一望无际咖啡园“的景象在脑海一闪而过。在后跟随大队的步伐期待接下来尽在眼帘的将是像金马伦茶园般壮观的咖啡园。这是后院，一看竟。。竟然是 一 颗咖啡树，未见连串红丹丹的咖啡果，和路边的花草树木无分别，不说还不知道其乃咖啡树“本尊”～幻想顿时化为泡影。

原。。原来老板娘指的是“咖啡树”。。的 sample。。。（之后当然少不了咖啡粉的制作过程。）

Tanjung Sepat 议员说这里的居民都很一致把这里推向成为一个新的旅游区，毕竟这里居民的年龄偏高，吸引游客是提高当地人收入的其一途径。如果事情是这样，小流氓觉得 Tanjung Sepat 的居民都很团结。因为小流氓观察了几间店家，发现商家除了把自家产品解说图贴在“布告栏”上，上面还贴有“Tanjung Sepat 一日游”的文章报道介绍 Tanjung Sepat 一带的旅游景点，还有自制旅游地图呢（Tanjung Sepat 地图按这里）。

而该裕发传统咖啡粉厂的商品，是整齐有序地被摆放在住家大门旁数张连在一起充当成展示商品台的木桌上。桌上一边有裕发自家的咖啡粉，一边是自制（homemade）的零嘴如炸薯片，炸香蕉片，黄金桔等等。两个不一样的“产品线”出现在同一个平台的原因是其实“两者”是分开经营的。无论如何，这是一项双赢（win-win）局面的经营之道，咖啡厂参观者可以顺便买零食，前来购买零食的顾客也可以顺道买咖啡，只差还未把此传统咖啡和结炸香蕉片“结合”成为“最佳配搭”来加强宣传效果，就像 Oreo 和牛奶。这就是华人新村的生活气息，同时也显示了新村华人草根，亲切，团结的一面。


Jo Fa Coffee is one of the family-based factory in Tanjung Sepat. Their factory is an extended zone from their house that built in zinc plates and woods. Definitely, it's unlike the factory we normally seen, but it possess complete set of machines and facilities producing quality product to customer.

The boss (aka master, Hainanese master) is a coffee lover. Over the decades, he insists on the traditional way to roast the coffee beans, as the way making coffee powder that having unique aroma. The boss  is talkative also willing to share everything about coffee with visitors.

The residents here are very cooperative on promoting Tanjung Sepat as a new tourism spot as you could find their self-printed tourism guide flyer in many shops (Please click for full map: Tanjung Sepat Map). As in Jo Fa Coffee, they are not only selling their own brand coffee powder, but also have other home made snacks like Banana/Potato Chips, "Lime" juice etc. are selling by another local lady on the same stall. It attracts more buyers when there are more products selling, most important is this depicts the cooperation, the friendliness of residents in Tanjung Sepat.

Overall, I enjoyed this visiting experience to Jo Fa Coffee.

对了，“有关咖啡”，小流氓在海友包同一条街，同一排店面在一家名为“古早味”的咖啡店发现该店有售卖“越南咖啡滴滴壶”。喜欢喝咖啡的朋友对它应该不陌生，而有关越南咖啡，有机会可要尝试一下。

三个建筑工人的故事

一天，有一位哲学家路过一个建筑工地，分别问了三个建筑工人一个相同的问题：“你在干什么？”
          第一个工人头也不抬地回答：“我在砌一堵墙。”
          第二个工人抬了抬头说：“我正在盖房子。”
          第三个工人热情洋溢、满怀憧憬地说：“我在为上帝建造漂亮的家园！”

哲学家觉得三个建筑工人的回答很有趣，就将其写进了自己的笔记。
若干年后，哲学家在整理过去的笔记时，突然看到了这三个回答，
三个不同的回答让他产生了强烈的欲望，想去看看这三个工人现在的生活怎么样。

等他找到这三个工人的时候，结果令他大吃一惊：
         当年的第一个建筑工人现在还是一个建筑工人，仍然像从前一样砌着他的墙：
         而在施工现场拿着图纸的设计师竟然 是当年的第二个工人；
         至于第三个工人，哲学家没费多少工夫就找到了，他现在成了一家房地产公司的老板，前两个工人正在为他工 作 。

为什么三个工人会有不同的结果呢？哲学家深思后得到了答案：
         第一个工人心眼中只有砖头，可以肯定他一辈子都能把墙砌得很好；
         第二个工人眼中有砖，心里有房，他知道要对得起 一块砖头，一间房子，但是他没有更高的追求；
         第三个工人他看到眼前的每一块砖、每一滴汗，都是在荣耀上帝。他知道，他的每一步路都是有价值的，他的付出一 定会得到最终的的成全。因为有了这个梦想的笼罩，最后成就了不平凡的个体。

       其实这个故事说明了一个道理：看问题的角度不同，就会有不同的 眼界，而一个人的眼界直接决定了他的前途。
